InstantDP does not host, store, or cache any content. We provide a tool that allows users to download publicly available content from third-party platforms. All content remains on the original platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify).
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, you should contact the platform where the content is hosted directly.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice containing the following information:

5. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
7. Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

InstantDP is intended for personal, educational, and fair use purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the source platforms.
